The NC Alliance of Public Health Agencies will not pay overhead or indirect costs in contracts to any association (health related associations), institutions (hospitals, private care providers, etc.) or governmental agency (health departments/districts, state agencies, colleges and universities). This includes, but is not limited to payment of rent, administrative staff, accounting systems, technology, contractors, etc.
